Hannah did an outstanding job and helped me solve a major problem that had been causing me a lot of stress. She was extremely professional, efficient, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process.
She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made everything much easier than I expected. I am genuinely very grateful for her help and for how quickly and professionally she handled everything.

Called Hannah on Monday night. Needed a last minute notary for a passport paper. Asked if I emailed the form filled out would she be able to print it, notarize it & then certify mail it to me? She said absolutely! Was done on Tuesday & received by Saturday!

Hannah began meeting with me to assist with remote notarizations for my personal documents. Thankfully, when I asked if she'd mind assisting my law firm and the clients who require their legal documents to be sent for a Apostille, Hannah happily agreed. She has been incredibly important to the development and progress in serving our clients in a professional and quick manner. I can't say enough how thankful I am to have Hannah, because when I send her clients, I don't have to worry. She has never let me down and I am happy to recommend her services.

I had an amazing experience with Hannah Notarizes for Apostille / Document authentication services! I'm currently residing in Switzerland and Hannah met with me remotely, handled my personal vital record request, certified true copies, and even my business filings in Wyoming and New Mexico.
Throughout the process, she provided incredible professionalism, which in turn made the entire order smooth. She clearly explained the step by steps and completed my document servicing needs so much faster than I could've anticipated or ever imagined. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt confident that my important documents were in good hands.

Hannah was wonderful! I called her on my way to RI for a family matter and she was so patient, understanding and accommodating to our situation. She was ready when we needed her and made us feel like friends right away. I would happily use her again for any notary services.
